Challenge / Objective: Hired as an Experiential Consultant at Vector Media, the core challenge was to design, build, and operationalize a scalable experiential marketing capability within an organization historically rooted in out-of-home media. This role required both strategic vision and hands-on execution to transform experiential from an opportunistic offering into a structured, revenue-driving business unit.
Key responsibilities included developing a cohesive internal strategy that defines Vector Media’s positioning in the experiential landscape, identifying high-value opportunities across markets, and aligning experiential offerings with existing media assets. This involved creating clear frameworks for go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and integrated campaign solutions that resonated with clients and agencies.
A critical component of the role was establishing and standardizing the RFP and RFI process—building templates, workflows, and best practices that enable efficient, competitive, and insight-driven responses. This included collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure consistency, speed, and quality in all proposals.
Additionally, the role focused on developing internal capabilities by introducing tools, playbooks, and training that empower teams to ideate, sell, and execute experiential programs confidently. This included vendor sourcing strategies, partnership development, and operational guidelines to ensure seamless execution at scale.
Ultimately, the challenge lied within bridging strategy and execution—creating a repeatable, scalable experiential offering that enhanced Vector Media’s value proposition, drives new revenue streams, and positions the company as a credible, innovative player in the experiential marketing space.
